Dromad Hire’s Workshop Manager Celebrates 20 Years Milestone 07/05/2021 Fri, 14 May 2021

20 years ago Dromad Hire’s now Workshop Manager Damien Mc Guinness entered the company’s workshop as a young inexperienced General Operative with an eagerness to learn and a passion to succeed. From 2001 to now the Workshop Manager has never looked back.  
Hard work with a can-do attitude, genuine dedication to succeed in the industry and devotion to his role is how Damien climbed the ladder in Dromad Hire.  Twenty years on and he continues to grow, successfully managing a team of apprentices, fitters & engineers along
with managing the service & maintenance of the Dromads fleet of equipment.  

According to Damien “ I have learned so much working for Dromad over the last 20 years, they truly value their staff and see potential in each staff member. Little did I think I would be where I am today and for that I have to thank management and the fantastic people I got to work with through the years. I’m looking forward to many more years and helping to grow the business further. ”

The occasion was marked with a presentation from Dromad Hire’s Managing Director  Seamus Byrne along with a small group of staff members to celebrate the memorable day and achievement for both Damien and the company.
