Dromad Hire have been recognised as the number one hire company in the UK and Ireland

 

The Executive Hire Show Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 10th of February in the Ricoh arena Coventry. With over 870 hire stores visited and assessed

Dromad was up against the industries elite.

 

According to the award organisers:

 

“With over 870 different hire companies visited across the UK & Ireland clocking up a total mileage of 35,263. We were able to narrow a shortlist of finalists

Following 'mystery shopper' visits and calls to their depots, Finalists were assessed under a broad range of criteria including: presentation and functionality of premises; staff enthusiasm and competence; efficiency in handling enquiries and orders; quality of products and delivery vehicles; and innovation in offering a wide range of equipment and exploring new opportunities.”

 

The judges commented:

“Dromad is to be congratulated on its customer focus and investment in new technology,

The company is a truly Passionate hirer, offering a range of support services that do not detract from its core business principles”

 

According to Dromad’s General Manager Ronan Cotter “ This simply reflects on the great people we have working in our company, each and every member of our staff take such pride in their roles. It’s a great boost for all the team for the continued dedication they show day in day out”
